Raymond P. LaBarre, 86 of East Stroudsburg, PA died on Wednesday, July 30, 2014, at Mennonite Home Communities in Lancaster, PA. He was the husband of Jane Shaffer LaBarre who would have celebrated there 65 wedding aniversity in November. Born Thursday, June 7, 1928 in East Stroudsburg, he was a son of the late Raymond and Nellie Detrick LaBarre. Walter Krider Drennen Jr., 73 of Lancaster, passed away Tuesday, July 22, 2014 in the Lancaster Regional Medical Center. Born in Lancaster on June 16, 1941, he was a son of the late Walter K. Drennen Sr. and Jane B. Banzoff Drennen. He had been an electrician for B. J. Baldwin and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Robert G. Smith

Well-known Lancaster artist Bob Smith passed away Tuesday evening from complications of a recent illness. Born on March 5, 1940, in Jersey City NJ, he was the son of the late Robert and Anita Smith. From 1957-1959, Bob served in the U.S.Army in Anchorage Alaska. He attended film school in NYC during the 1960’s.
