Walter M. Margavage, 72, of Pequea went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 14, 2015.  He passed away peacefully at home after a seven year battle with cancer.  He was born in Swoyersville, Luzerne County, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Mark W. Margavage. Walt worked for Swisher International, Inc. for 51 years, starting out sweeping floors.  He oversaw Swisher’s operations at the Lancaster Leaf plant when he retired in 2012.
