Carol Carter, 72, of Mountville, went home to be with the Lord on October 23, 2015 after a valiant battle with cancer.
Daughter of the late Edna and Richard Spohn. She will be lovingly missed by her children; Jerry husband of Kristen of East Petersburg, Barb of Mountville and Rick husband of Tina of West Lampeter. Also surviving are 7 granddaughter, 8 great-grandchildren and her sister Marsha Killian as well as her extended family and friends.
A Memorial Service is planned for Tuesday, October 27, 2015 from 7:00 to 8:00 PM at the Lord’s House of Prayer, 133 East Vine St., Lancaster, PA.

mom, you know I’ll miss pickin’ at ya for every little thing, and your dining room lookin’ like a holding warehouse for BJ’s & Costco… but I take solace in knowing your pain has finally subsided. rest well.

Carol was a lovely lady who treated me very well. She will be missed greatly. My deepest sympathy to her family. Barb, my thoughts and prayers go out to you.

My condolences to the Carter family in the loss of their wonderful mother, Carol. She was a good woman that worked hard at raising her children and being like a mother to many others in the neighborhood. May she rest in peace.
