Franklin Edward Hulse Jr, age 34, of Columbia, Pa, passed away on August 17, 2021 at his home. He was born in Harrisburg, Pa on January 21, 1987.
He was a 2006 graduate of Elizabethtown Area High School. Frank loved to be outdoors; he loved to fish and spend time at the river. He had a passion for music; he was an incredible singer and loved to play the guitar. He loved to joke around and had an amazing sense of humor. He could always make the people around him smile and laugh. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by a daughter, Adrienne Hulse, his fiancé, Samantha Granger, his mother, Sandra Mann, his step-father Rodney Bowman and his wife Kristina, 3 uncles, 4 step-daughters and a step-grandson. He was preceded in death by a brother, Troy Bowman.

I’m sorry for your loss. I was able to reconnect with franky and even spoke with him in March. He will forever keep a place in my heart alongside Troy.
