Imogene M. Bowman

Imogene M. Bowman, 83, of Ephrata, passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at Hospice and Community Care, Mount Joy with her family by her side. Born in Ephrata, PA she was the daughter of the late Clayton and Caroline Kemper and wife of the late Melvin H. Bowman who passed in 1996.

Imogene retired from True Precision Plastics after 30 years of service.

She was a lifelong Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles fan. Many people will remember her sense of humor and great love for animals.

Imogene is survived by three sons, Dennis (Jodi) Bowman of Lancaster, Jon Bowman of Denver and Phillip (Jaimie) Bowman of Akron and three daughters, Gale (Dennis) Gockley of Ephrata, Jan (Balbir) Bagri of Wrightsville, Shari Eshleman of Ephrata. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her grandson Christian Binkley IV.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lancaster County SPCA, 848 South Prince Street, Lancaster PA 17603.
