James Arthur Powers, 75 of Kinzers PA passed away at his home on Sunday February 6, 2022 after a long illness.  Born and raised in Coatesville PA, he was the son of late James Edward and Dorothy Powers of the West End.

James was a hard working dedicated loving husband and father. He was an avid outdoorsman, fishing in the summer and hunting in the winter was the way for him and his brother John and sons. He loved his Classic Rock and Classic Cars. The mountains, lakes, and streams were in his blood. But only one that filled his heart and that was his wife of 50 years Marie Powers.

James is survived by his wife: Marie (Finocchiaro) Powers and his children; James A Powers (Andrea) of Delaware, Donna Schmidt (Richard) of Bedford PA, James E Powers of York PA, John J, Michael W, and Kristin L Powers all of Lancaster PA.  He was proceeded in death by his brother, John P Powers and sister Dolly (Quay) Powers.
