At the bottom of this page, you will find a condolence form. You will need to fill out some basic information prior to typing your message.(We will not share your e-mail address with anyone) Once you are finished, simply click the submit condolence button. • Karen (Caryn) Griffiths of Lititz passed away September 19, 2018 from complications from Pneumonia. She is survived by her mother Meryl, a brother Gary and sisters Leslie and Margaret. She is preceded in Death by her father Frederick Griffiths and brother Hugh. At Karen Request, there will be no service. Those wishing to make a contribution in Karen’s honor could do so to Lancaster General Hospital or a charity of your choice.

• I am so sorry to hear of Caryn’s passing. She and I were friends and went through many things, both good and bad, together. She was a VERY intelligent, talented person and I will never forget her.
