Kathleen K. Rodgers

Kathleen K. Rodgers, 70, of Lancaster, PA passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2019, surrounded by family at Hospice and Community Care in Mount Joy after a brief battle with cancer. She joins her late husband Robert L. Rodgers, III, brother James M. Brown, and parents Vaughn L. Brown, Sr. and Anna M. Brown.
Born in Lancaster, Kathleen was a 1966 graduate of J. P. McCaskey High School.  She enjoyed singing, spending time with friends and family at the beach, and reminiscing with her fellow members of glee club from J. P. McCaskey.  She was a devoted member of St. Edward’s Episcopal Church in Lancaster and was involved in the choir for many years.
She is survived by her three children, Sharon Rodgers Ruhl, Bob Rodgers and wife Missi, and John Rodgers and wife Amanda Ferguson; three grandchildren, Zachary Ruhl, Anna Ruhl, and Evan Rodgers; and siblings, Sharon Hemphill, wife of Frank, Vaughn Brown, Jr., husband of M. Brooks Emrick, and Janice Brown.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at 11:00 am at St. Edward’s Episcopal Church, 2453 Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601.  Visitation and light refreshments will follow the service. Interment will be held privately.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Edward’s Episcopal Church at the address listed above or Hospice & Community Care at www.hospiceconnect.org/memorial.

I will miss you Ain’t Kathy I have alot of memorys that I will forever hold in my heart ..please give me dad (your brother) a big big hug and kiss for me and tell him I miss him so so much I love you aunt Kathy RIP until we meet again❤️
