Born in the Great Depression
Died in the Great Pandemic
Lived a life of loyalty, love and hard work.
Dad grew up in the 60’s,70’s and 80’s. And he had the clothes, the hairstyles and the cars to go with each era. Remember sideburns, white belts and leisure suits-yup, Dad had them all.
He was a fantastic father, husband, role model and friend. He was successful at everything he tried…and he tried it ALL.
Survived by his wife of 70 yrs, Betty, son Mark, grandchildren Graham, Olivia, great grandchild Riley and everyone else whose lives he touched.
We love you Dad…We miss you so much already!

Elizabeth, Mark and Olivia,
I’m very sorry for your loss. Mel was a great and funny guy. I really enjoyed our “meetings” out on the deck! Hopefully he’s hanging with friends maybe even my Father. God rest his soul….stay strong.
