At the bottom of this page, you will find a condolence form. You will need to fill out some basic information prior to typing your message.(We will not share your e-mail address with anyone) Once you are finished, simply click the submit condolence button. Within 24 hours the condolence will be approved before it is published to the web site.
Please Note: Once approved, all condolences are public.
We also provide a share feature located directly bof this page. This is particularly helpful to someone who may live out of town.

  Uncle Mike will be missed by all who knew him. I’m so happy to know he will be laid to rest next to his baby girl, Sarah. Her passing as a small child was such a turning point in his life. Although her passing took such a hard toll on his life, his spirits were finally lifted the day you were born.
  We are looking forward to seeing you and your wonderful children this weekend in Butler, as we say a final farewell.
