Douglas E. Bridgman Sr

Douglas E. Bridgman Sr. 59, of Lancaster passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 20th, 2024, surrounded by his family. Doug was born on December 10th, 1964, to the late Donald and June Bridgman (Rittenhouse). 

A lover of Honda Goldwing's, hunting, fishing and being outdoors, Doug was an upholsterer by trade. Doug was known as a jack-of-all trades, always willing to lend a hand anytime he could. While Doug loved the United States of America, his greatest joy was being the World's Greatest Paw-Paw to his grandbabies. 

Doug is survived by his children; Douglas "DJ" Bridgman Jr. & wife Ashley, Christina Bridgman, Joseph "Reese" Bridgman, Heather Leary Clark & husband Josh, Corine Foultz & husband Jeff, and Wesley Patton, 8 grandchildren; Nicholas, Abigail, Zachary, Austin, Heavenly, Travis, Suede and Emily, 2 brothers, 4 sisters and many nieces and nephews. 

Doug's children would like to extend a sincere Thank You to Hospice and Community Care for their kindness and support in caring for their dad. 

A memorial service will be planned for a later time at the discretion of the family.
