Earl S. Denlinger, Jr. 93 entered into the presence of his Lord and Savior on September 21, 2025 at home. He was the loving husband of Evelyn (Stauffer) Denlinger.
He was the son of the late Earl S. Denlinger, Sr and Emma (Lantz) Denlinger. Earl is survived by his wife; daughters, Kimberly Rockwell of Texas, Lynn Martin of Lancaster; sisters Ruth Doutrich and Esther Hammond, four stepdaughters; Cynthia Kelly, Vicki Harnish, Tammy Kayross, Teresa Covert; two granddaughters, two grandsons, two great grandsons, as well as many step-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother, Ralph Denlinger.
Earl served in the United States Marine Corps, January 1953 thru January 1961. He then went on to work for Sherman Walton Builders as a skilled craftsman/carpenter for over 40 years.
He had a deep love for country music and together with his beloved wife, Evelyn, enjoyed traveling around the country to hear live performances, especially in Nashville. Earl was a man of faith and a devoted member of the Worship Center. His strong Christian faith shaped the way he lived his life- with gratitude, joy and a heart for serving others. Those who knew him often remarked that he never complained, living each day with appreciation and strength.
Earl will be remembered for the way he touched the lives of others, the faith he lived by and the love he shared with family and friends.
Services will be held at the Worship Center, 2384 New Holland Pike, Lancaster, Pa on October 1st at 11am. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hospice and Community, Lancaster, Pa.
