Harley Fish

December 2, 1950 — February 15, 2026

Harley Daniel Fish, 75, of Manheim, passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2026, at UPMC Lititz. Born in Gastonia, NC, he was the son of the late Roy V. and Minnie L. Young Fish. He was the loving husband of Mary J. Barker Fish, with whom he shared 47 years of marriage. Their life together was built on deep devotion, shared laughter, and the joy of raising a family.

Harley grew up in Portsmouth, VA, where he graduated from high school before beginning a long career in manufacturing. Over the years, he served as a Warehouse Supervisor for several companies, including CocaCola, Miller Genuine Draft, and Crystal Springs. He was known for his strong work ethic, steady leadership, and commitment to doing every job well.

Outside of work, Harley embraced the things he loved most. He was an avid NASCAR fan who rarely missed a race. He enjoyed playing pool, watching football, and listening to country music.Time at the beach, especially trips to the Outer Banks and Virginia Beach, became treasured family traditions filled with fishing, gatherings, and memories that will be carried forward for generations. At home, Harley found joy in tending to the yard and decorating for the holidays.

In addition to his wife, Mary, Harley is survived by 5 children: Donna, wife of Randy Seaman; Angela Carter; Roy, husband of Pam Fish; Toby Fish; and Christina Shimer. He was a grandfather to 11 grandchildren—Alana Wibbels, Andre Carter, Amiya Carter, Stephanie White, Jeffrey White, Richard White, Alec Fish, Briana Parker, Christopher Turner, Jasmine Turner, and Jillian Fish—and a greatgrandfather to thirteen children. He is also survived by three brothers: David, husband of Connie Fish; Max, husband of Lori Fish; and Spike, husband of Sheila Fish.

Harley was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Minnie; a stepson, Kermit Musick; and two siblings, Brandon Fish and Belinda Fish.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
