John Crawford

John Crawford, 66, peacefully passed away on December 5th after a nearly three year battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Sheryl (nee Kansas), sons Jason and Aaron, and sisters Helen Vile (Jonathan) and Mary Christensen, and his beloved nephews, niece and cousins.

John was retired from AAA as a customer service rep. He was an avid reader, photographer and train buff. After retirement he worked part time at Strasburg Railroad as a ticket agent. He also had a love for music. He played his guitar and ukuleles every day. He and his wife are members of Ukulele Uprising and the Senior Center ukulele players.

There will be no funeral services. On March 7, 2026, John's birthday, there will be a Celebration of Life. In lieu of flowers, you may make donations to the American Cancer Society.
