Kenneth Leroy Shissler

Kenneth L Shissler, Jr (Woo) passed away, at Penn State Hershey Medical Center, on June 25, 2026, following a lengthy illness. Born March 2, 1964, he is the son of Kenneth L Shissler, Sr. and the late Jacklyn M (Ulmer) Shissler. Kenny was a 1982 graduate of J P McCaskey High School. In addition to his father, Kenny is survived by his sister, Karen (Shissler) Young, wife of Gary, daughter Sharrisse Hess, nephew, Austin, his wife, Samantha, great nephew, Bryson, and niece, Bryanna. Kenny loved the Indianapolis Colts and Oklahoma Sooners football teams. He loved going on impromptu trips with one of his best friends, Scott Murray, especially when it took him to see his other best friend, Tony Axe and his wife, Missy. Kenny will be missed by many cousins and friends. A special thank you to all the doctors, nurses and nursing students at Penn State Hershey Medical Center for the great care, support and compassion they provided to Kenny during his stay.
