Lawrence E Flowers

Lawrence E. Flowers, age 64, of Willow Street, PA, passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2026. Known for his sharp wit, brilliant creative soul and his love for cats, Lawrence lived life fully with a pencil in one hand and a musical instrument in the other.

Lawrence saw the world through a creative lens, finding inspiration in everyday moments. He was a gifted artist who brought beauty and creativity to life through his detailed drawings and vivid paintings on helmets, dirt bikes and motorcycles.

Lawrence was a passionate musician who loved to play keyboard and bass and was a member of several bands throughout his life. He was natural grease monkey who loved working on anything that had an engine and he believed a bad day on two wheels beat a good day anywhere else. He was loved for his sharp wit, clever jokes and pranks, and a soft spot only for his cats.

Lawrence is survived by two sisters, Jessie (Tom) Crotti of Quarryville, PA and Rose Flowers of Columbia, PA. He was proceeded in death by his mother Ruth Flowers, father Jesse Flowers and brother James Flowers.

A graveside service will be held at Mt. Zion United Methodist Cemetery, 1530 Slate Hill Rd, Peach Bottom, PA 17563 on Saturday, September 5, 2026 at 2:00 pm. Family and friends are invited to gather for food and sharing of memories immediately after the graveside service.
