Manuel P. Augello, 62, passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at UPMC Lititz. He was the son of the late Gaetano and Gaetana Augello. He was born at Charity Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana.
He was a chef for most of his adult life. He owned his own restaurant Moulin Rouge Cafe that was on N. Prince St. in Lancaster, PA. He was an avid New York Yankees fan, as well as, the New Orleans Saints.
He is survived by his wife of 34 years Tammra Augello, his 2 sons, Vincent Augello and Brandon Way. He has a grandson Paxton Augello who was the light of his life. He is also survived by a brother Salvatore who resides in Canada with his wife Nancy, sister Joanne Failla and her husband Giuseppe and sister Marie Esposito and her husband Renato Sr. He also has 3 nephews, Thomas Augello, David Augello and Renato Esposito Jr., 3 nieces Lisa Esposito, Antonella Gaglione and Tina Augello.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Jack Augello.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Eagles Autism Foundation.
A celebration of Manny's life will be held on Tuesday November 11th at St. John Neumann Catholic Church 601 E. Delp Road Lancaster, PA. A luncheon will be held after the service at Rosairo's Italian Restaurant in Leola, PA.
