Michael R. Reeder

Michael R. (Mike) Reeder, 58, of Strasburg, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on September 2, 2026 at Lancaster General Hospital.

He was the loving husband of PaulaReeder and son of Ray and Carol Reeder of Strasburg.

Born in Rhode Island, he grew up in Pennsylvania. He graduated fromLampeter-Strasburg High School and held a Bachelor’s degree in History from Gallaudet University(international university for the deaf). He worked as a driver for various companies and also enjoyed restoring and dealing in pinball machines and other collectibles.

Family and friends will remember Mike by his strongly-held opinions on politics, civic matters, and the New England Patriots. He will be deeply missed by those who loved him. Interment will be private. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Gift of Life Organ Donation Program at Lancaster General Hospital.
