It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Patrick Lee Martin, who departed this life on July 11th, 2025, at the age of 57. Born on February 9th, 1968, in Peach Bottom, Pennsylvania, Patrick was a man of remarkable warmth and a vibrant spirit, deeply cherished by all who knew him.
Patrick spent his formative years in his hometown of Peach Bottom. He dedicated 25 years of his career as a railroad technician at Amtrak, a testament to his unwavering commitment and steadfast work ethic.
Beyond his professional life, Patrick embraced a variety of passions. He found immense joy in the exhilarating energy of heavy metal concerts and expressed his creativity through playing the guitar. He cherished the simple pleasure of riding bikes with his beloved wife, Karen, and the lively tradition of picking crabs with his family, creating countless cherished memories.
Patrick was preceded in death by his devoted wife, Karen Martin, and his loving parents, June and Robert Martin.
He is survived by his son, Zachary Martin of Lancaster, PA; his daughter, Allison Manzanet, and son-in-law, Bryan Manzanet, of Port St. Lucie, FL; and his adored grandchildren, Vera June Manzanet and Leon Pierce Manzanet. He also leaves behind his brother, Todd Martin, and sister-in-law, Sherri Martin, of St. Louis, MO, who will miss him dearly.
Patrick will be remembered for his witty humor, boundless kindness, and gentle soul. His laughter was infectious, his compassion unwavering, and his presence a source of comfort to many. He leaves behind a legacy of love, joy, and cherished moments that will forever resonate in the hearts of his family and friends.
The family has chosen to hold a private remembrance.
