Roxanne Smith

Roxanne “Roxi” Virginia Smith, 72, of York PA, passed away July 26, 2026, at her home.

Born Sept 23, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Philip and Virginia Stambaugh.

Roxi is survived by her son, Jason Naylor and his wife Jennifer, of York, and her 3 grandchildren, Austin, Abby, and Maddy.

After graduating from York High, Roxi worked as a bartender, cosmetologist, homemaker, and in several clerical positions. She retired in 2019, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of State, Bureau of Professional & Occupational Affairs, as a Clerical Supervisor, after over 12 years of service. Roxi was a life member, and former President, of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, Post 8951, and life member of the Liberty Social Club.

Per Roxi’s wishes, there will be no funeral or services. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation to the York County SPCA.
