Born in Lancaster PA, Roy was a son of the late Robert J. Bell Sr. and Betty Jane Blantz Bell.
Roy loved painting, his family, and his dog. And was a member of the MBA in Marietta.
Surviving is his loving wife of fifteen years, Christine ( Kast); two sisters Joan married to Dave Nieman of Mountville PA; Gina married to Mark Stoops of Columbia PA; three daughters Tina Wojcik, Tammy Bell, Sueanne Minnich, many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Roy was preceded in death by two brothers Robert J. ( Pappy) and Larry L.
