The staff at Cremation Services of Lancaster was wonderful to work with. They were caring and kind. The pre-paid option also saved us some money.

The staff was available to answer questions, they provided a comprehensive list of things to take care of after my dad passed away, they took care of notifying Social Security of dad’s passing, and other helpful information as my family had to take care of my mother and figure out her care after dad passed.

They provided support afterwards, too, with occasional text messages to check in with me.

I would highly recommend the services provided by Cremation Services of Lancaster.

What a wonderful caring group of people! I cannot stress enough that the gentle support and guidance was so helpful and needed . The staff continued to stay in touch. Every few weeks I would get a call or text asking if I needed anything. They called when it was my brother's birthday letting me know that they understand it can be difficult.
