Walter L. “Babe” Swinehart, Sr. Of Lancaster, PA, passed away on Friday March 22, 2019.
He was the son of the Late Charles and Marian (Todd) Swinehart.
In his younger days he enjoyed going to auctions and dealing in scrap metal. He was a member of the 7th Ward and Hubley Social Clubs.
He is survived by Children Michelle Byrom, Wally Swinehart, Eric and Jason Comp and one Grandson Tyler Byrom. His siblings Gladys Esh (Aaron), Lester”Bud”Swinehar
A private service is being held with family.

Walter was a good employee at TAH with a good sense of humor. His passing brings back memories. Blessings to his family and especially Carl and Lester.
I had the pleasure of working with Walt the gentile giant. Always had a humorous observation about work situations. Condolences to Walt’s family.
