Although we came from the same town and attended the same school Wimpy was a bit ahead of my time.
I only knew you from coming up to the Tioga Co. hunting camp, but we had a lot in common including a love for the woods, primarily hunting and fishing. Your stories regarding your outdoor adventures were extremely interesting and funny and will always be remembered. You could tell a tale better than anyone I have ever ran into. Your outdoor knowledge told me you were one of, if not the best, sportsman I’ve have ever been associated with. I wish I could have enjoyed some of your experiences alongside of you. Will miss you buddy and hope someday I will be with you to test the endless fields and waters that God will now grant you.

I have wonderful memories as a child of “Uncle Wimpy” and “Aunt Anna” who were good friends of my parents, Dick and Pauline Williams. I remember lots of fun and laughter when they were around and I recall them visiting us in our home in Baltimore after my dad’s job moved us away. I send my prayers for Ann and for the family.
